Please Don't Make Me Go!

So my mom told me last week I was going to go to my first ever football game over the weekend. I was super excited until she said it was a Texas game! She too was very sad to be going to a Longhorn game but she said Daddy was a fan and we must not throw a fit. Well, I just had to throw a minor fit when mommy was trying my burnt orange clothing on for size. (see the above picture). Once she got everything on I realized how cute I was so I decided to put on a smile. But as you can see in the picture below I'm working on the upside down Longhorn sign.

I really wish I had more pictures to show you, but mom and dad realized the camera didn't have any batteries when we arrived at the game. But my dad is so great he bought a disposable camera at the fan shop (and my GiGi got me a stuffed Bevo!) so we'll have some old fashion photos to remember the big game.

I must admit I had a great time at the Texas game and burnt orange could be my second best color behind purple. (sentence inserted by Daddy)

Mommy says we are going to Oklahoma next weekend for another great game. Mom and Dad's alma mater TCU are taking on mom's home team The Sooners. I think I'll stay at Grammy and Grumpy's house for this game and go to bed early. They will have to tell me all about it!
