Benjamin Wade Trigger was officially born at 12:20 AM on September 12, 2009.
As of tonight, they have received results from the echo cardiogram that show a small hole in Benjamin's heart. However, the doctors are not too worried about this as most premature babies have similar issues. They are continuing to run more tests.
John Reid was able to come up to the hospital earlier to join in the excitement of his little brother's birthday!
Emily was able to visit Benjamin in the NICU for about an hour earlier today. They both feel that he is in great hands.
Please continue to lift up Benjamin in your prayers. Pray for the fluid in his belly to "go away." Pray for a speedy recovery for Emily from the c-section. Pray for continued direction, wisdom and insight from the Lord.

We are all so glad you are here. Thank you Jesus for this new life and for bringing him safely into the world. Please help his momma get well soon and re-unite all of them in their home soon.
